Representative will assist you in choosing a dining option and make reservations for your group.  The following is a current listing of dining options where you will receive superior service.  The daily all inclusive fee allows you to enjoy any of these specialty restaurants as well as any pool side bar which offers a lighter choice for a quick lunch.  You may also enjoy a wide variety of beverages including wines, and top shelf liquors with which magnificent exotic drinks are created.

New World Cuisine

This superior restaurant is recognized for its outstanding gastronomical delights.  It comes highly recommended by the members and is an evening enchantment that, we assure you, is unlike any other.  This sophisticated a-la-carte restaurant, located at the V.I.P court, offers the finest dishes from Europe, the Far East and the Caribbean with an unbeatable white glove service.  Every evening a team of top rated Chefs prepare a varied six course theme menu that is guaranteed to satisfy even the discriminating pallet.  Enjoy the ambiance in the elegant dining room or dine under the stars in the outdoor lanai.  Mandatory dress code is required.

Ideally located, this day time Beach Grill Restaurant boasts a magnificent view overlooking Cofresi beach.  It offers a choice of fresh crisp salads, satisfying hamburgers and grilled fish or chicken…accompanied by the Ocean Breeze!  However, in the evening it converts into an exquisite Seafood and Steak restaurant with a separate V.I.P. area offering you a choice or indoor air conditioned or open aired dining.

Tex-Mex Cuisine

This restaurant offers a fusion of these two cultures creating a “Tex-Mex” cuisine.  Dine on its famous Fajitas which are cooked on a charcoal grill and infused with the tantalizing flavor of “Mesquite”.  They also offer a wide range of delicious burritos and whole wheat tacos, but we highly recommend that you do not pass on the BBQ baby back ribs, grilled to perfection with a touch of guava flavor.

Asian Fusion Cuisine

It is not necessary to travel to the enigmatic Far East to savor these stimulating temptations.  The Indochine offers Chinese, Japanese and Indian specialties, presenting you with a delectable selection of flavours and ingredients.  Famous for its Sushi, spicy Curries and Shell Fish combinations, it also offers a Chinese pasta and rice station where you can personally choose your preferred ingredients for each dish preparation.
